Backorder Items

Inventory levels are updated in real-time at toy4education, but sometimes, an item that was available when purchased on the site is no longer in stock due to a high volume of orders. While toy4education tries to avoid this unfortunate situation, at rare times, an item may be on backorder. If an item you purchased is on backorder, toy4education will contact you immediately by email to apprise you of the situation. At this time, you can decide how to handle the backorder.

If multiple items have been purchased, some of which are available while others are on backorder, toy4education will ship those items that are in stock and ship the backordered item as directed by the customer.
